CDD Board of Supervisors Vacancy
November 2020 sees an election for three open seats on the Board of Supervisors. There are five seats in total, all with four-year terms, and every two years some of the seats up for election. This year, Seats 1, 2, and 3 are up for the ballot, with Seats 4 and 5 open in 2022. Seats 1 and 2 have been filled by the elections process, but seat 3 is being vacated with no replacement and will be vacant in November. The CDD is in need of qualified residents who wish to be considered for appointment to the Board.
Candidates for Board of Supervisors

Requirements to become a Board member:
- You must be a Qualified Elector: at least 18 years old, a permanent legal resident of Florida (such that you are registered to vote/car is registration in Florida), a resident in the Heritage Palms Community Development District, and a citizen of the United States.
Desired in a Board member:
- The Board requests any interested Qualified Electors to submit a brief (one page) written statement of interest outlining pertinent experience and/or history. Previous experience with contracts, contractor management, government, construction, landscaping, or lakes maintenance is highly sought.
